Our Return Promise
We stand behind the comfort and quality of our Skechers footwear. Whether you purchased performance cleats, stylish canvas shoes, or specialized Electro Static Dissipative (ESD) footwear, we’ll make the return process as smooth as possible.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Request must be made within 15 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Worn or damaged footwear
- Items without original packaging
- Customized or special order shoes
Note: All clearance items are final sale unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Our Team
Email our customer service at [email protected] with your return/exchange request using the template below:
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Return address (based on your location)
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please include:
- All original items in their boxes
- Original packing slip or invoice
- Return authorization number clearly visible
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receipt
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: Original purchase price minus any shipping charges (unless return is due to our error)
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- You’ll be responsible for any price differences
- Standard shipping charges apply for the new item
If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion rates
- Please clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange for a free return shipping label if applicable
