Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide to shoe lovers everywhere! Currently, we deliver to North America, Europe, Australia, most of Africa and South America. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to most Asian countries or some remote regions at this time.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient options:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days
How long does order processing take?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. Our Arizona warehouse team carefully inspects each item before shipment.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and link. For DHL/FedEx shipments, you’ll get real-time updates. EMS provides periodic tracking updates.

Returns & Exchanges

What if my shoes don’t fit?
We want you to love your Vibrant shoes! You may return unworn items within 15 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Please see our complete Returns Policy for details.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds will appear on your original payment method within 7-10 business days after processing.
