We proudly ship worldwide to shoe lovers everywhere, with just a few exceptions:

• Available: North America, Europe, Australia, most of Africa and South America
• Currently unavailable: Most Asian countries and some remote regions

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with:

• Your tracking number
• A link to track your package
• Estimated delivery date

For standard shipping via DHL/FedEx, you’ll receive real-time updates about your package’s journey. EMS tracking provides periodic updates throughout the delivery process.

What If My Shoes Don’t Fit?

We want you to love your Vibrant shoes as much as we do. If they’re not quite right, you can return them within 15 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Please see our Returns Policy for complete details.
